The Grand #102

Visitors to the island can stay in many types of accommodations including The St. Simons Grand. Built in a modified horseshoe shape and located next to a local park, the Grand sits on a large amount of land giving residents a sense of space, privacy, and expansive beach views from private balconies. The beauty of the landscaped property provides a tranquil setting for a relaxing vacation. Our unit, #102, is situated just one unit from an end of the building, which means our views are wider than the other units as well as being closer to the beach. Another advantage to our unit is that first floor units have their own stairs to the beach instead of relying on the three elevators that service the complex. The added convenience of having a short flight of stairs from your own balcony allows for quick trips back and forth, whether with groceries or forgotten items as well as increased privacy. Although The Grand as a whole is a lovely complex, by describing some of the advantages of the placement of our unit, we want the viewers of this site to be aware of details they may not have considered when making decisions about their vacation.
